Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Adjudication Services

1.1 An applicant may cancel adjudication services at any time prior to the scheduled event. However, all fees paid for adjudication services are non-refundable.

1.2 Should the applicant need to postpone the event date specified in the adjudication application, written notice must be submitted to EWR no fewer than 30 days before the original event date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the adjudication fees, and EWR will not be obligated to reschedule the adjudication.

1.3 A full refund of adjudication fees will be issued exclusively in the following circumstance: if the assigned adjudicator fails to attend the record event for any reason whatsoever, the applicant is entitled to a complete refund of all adjudication fees paid.

1.4 If an adjudicator is found to have failed in their duties due to incompetence or the use of faulty measuring equipment, the applicant may submit a formal complaint to EWR. Upon receipt, EWR will constitute an independent investigating committee to review the complaint. The committee's findings will determine whether a refund is warranted, and all approved refund claims will be settled within 10 to 15 business days from the date the claim is submitted.

2. Certification

2.1 Fees paid for certification services are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

2.2 EWR will issue and dispatch certificates in accordance with the details provided by the applicant in the original application. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and complete.

2.3 In the event that a certificate is damaged or contains errors attributable to negligence on the part of EWR, a corrected certificate will be reissued and dispatched to the applicant at no additional cost.

2.4 In the event that a certificate is damaged or requires correction due to inaccurate information or negligence on the part of the applicant, EWR shall bear no liability. Any replacement certificate requested under such circumstances will require payment of the applicable fee.

3. Products Purchased from the EWR Store

3.1 Fees paid for products purchased through the EWR Store are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

3.2 EWR will fulfil and dispatch orders in accordance with the details provided in the applicant's purchase order. Applicants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order information prior to submission.

3.3 In the event that a product is damaged or incorrectly supplied due to negligence on the part of EWR, a replacement product will be dispatched to the applicant at no additional cost.

3.4 In the event that a product is damaged or requires replacement due to the applicant's own negligence or error, EWR shall bear no liability. Any replacement product requested under such circumstances will require payment of the applicable fee.
